The next game is Tuesday, 31 July 07, at Ericks around 6pm.
The group cleared the temple of monsters and a group of goblins worshipping a minitaur as their god, but the group lost Keonna the Druid and Captain Borivik, to the Minitaur, lovingly named "Max" by our drawven ranger companion. Eleric the bard also discovered a secrete passage behind the fountain alter to a lower level. What dangers lurk beneath the surface of the Cloak Wood?

Temple of Ooz
Next game: My house, 6:00 Pm, 26 July 2007.
So our heros found an old abandoned temple in the cloak wood. Basher decided to explore the innards of an elder black pudding, and the parties dwarven ranger turned tail at the door and ran away, later followed by the cleric of Tyr.

"A Three Hour Tour"
The next game day will be at my (Tim's) house on Thursday, 20 July, at 6:00 PM. Eric has my cell number so get it from him to call me or email me for directions.
What should have been a nice little pleasure cruise down the Sword Coast ended in tradgedy when a surprise storm battered their ship, and a pack of seawolves attacked and killed the crew. The ship sunk and left the Heros stranded in an unknown area. Luckily the captain washed up on shore the next morning and, after some tending from the cleric, discovered their location. Fortunatly, the Trade Way was just due east. Unfortunately, The Cloak Wood was between it and the Heros. So now they must battle their way through a hundred miles of monster infested, dense forest on foot and with minimal supplies, trying not to get lost along the way, and trying to not get killed by the groups druid in the process.

"Seige of Daggerford" or "Did someone say cheese?"
The next meeting will be Tuesday, 10 July 2007.
When last we met, our heros assisted the town of Daggerford repel a lizardfolk assault, recovered the very important mystery package (cheese anyone?) for the mage in Waterdeep, and set sail for their journey to Candlekeep and their meeting with "The Keeper of the Tomes", battling an owlbear along the way.
Our Thursday meeting went pretty slow and humdrum, but there are some things in store for them to get the game back on track Tuesday. Hahahaha.
Please post if your plan to attend or not.

Trail Adventures
As of today, the next meeting will be Thurs, 7 July. Please post whether or not you can make it or if you need to discuss an alternate date with the group.
Synopsis:
Our first meeting was short, but it went well. We have a Human Barbarian, a Moon-Elf Bard, a Moon-Elf druid, and a Seacliff Dwarf Ranger (and later on down the road a reluctant Halfling Rouge, who sees all too clearly the value of playing nice with his new found "friends"). The characters got together, however unlikely the group was, agreed to attempt to recover a late package from Suzail in Daggerford for an old mage, and journeyed from Waterdeep to Daggerford. Along the way they acquired a few broke down horses, an unlikely halfling ally, slayed a fierce Half-Orc bandit (single handedly and gloriously, if you ask the Barbarian!), and allowed a third one to get away in the process. Once in Daggerford, they discovered that the courrier from Soubar was a month late, and the search party that was dispatched to find them 2 ten-days ago is missing. So our heros have ventured out from Daggerford in search of the package. Oh, and the missing people also, of course.
But what dangers lurk around the next bend. What does the terrible omen of a violent storm on Midsummer night mean for our adventureres. Why are the courrier and the search party missing? What is so important about that stupid package anyway? Why can't the adventurers go 200 miles in the oppisite direction to get to Soubar by river? Lets hope they survive to find out. And if they do, for the old mans sake, lets hope that this package is really worth the trouble!
